What is PRECIATE YA?

PRECIATE YA is an Austin, TX based lifestyle and apparel brand built around a simple message: Be grateful. Work hard. Live free. We make quality gear inspired by gratitude, hard work, good people, and appreciating the life you get to live.
Where did the name PRECIATE YA come from?

It’s pretty simple: it’s something our founder has always said. Instead of “thank you,” it was always “preciate ya.” What started as a casual phrase eventually became a brand centered around showing appreciation for the people and life around you.
Where is PRECIATE YA clothing made?

Our apparel is designed in Austin, TX. We print and embroider all items locally in Austin, TX. The garments are globally sourced.

How do PRECIATE YA shirts fit?

Fit varies by style. Our heavyweight tees have a more relaxed/oversized fit, while some of our other tees and women’s styles are more fitted. Check the individual product page for specific fit and sizing recommendations.
What size should I order?

For most products, order your normal size for the intended fit. If a product runs oversized, fitted, cropped, or differently from our standard fit, we’ll call it out on the product page.
How should I wash my PRECIATE YA gear?

For the longest life, wash cold with like colors. Hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat, especially on printed garments.
When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Please remember that processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your gear. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale items are not eligible. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Reach out to us at nick@preciateyaclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right.
Will sold-out products be restocked?

Sometimes. Some PRECIATE YA pieces are restocked, while others are limited releases. Follow us on Instagram and join our email list for restock announcements and new drops.
